The Power Electronics Circuit Lab, located within the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) at Bangladesh University of Business and Technology (BUBT), offers students a comprehensive learning environment to explore the fundamentals of power electronic devices and circuits. Equipped with cutting-edge multimedia technologies and modern equipment, the lab provides an immersive hands-on experience that complements theoretical knowledge gained in the classroom. Students gain practical insights into various power electronic devices, including SCRs, thyristors, TRIACs, and DIACs, along with the design and operation of inverter and chopper circuits. The lab’s dedicated computer facility further enhances the learning experience, enabling students to conduct simulations and analyze experimental data.
