On the 4^th of March, 2024, Mridul Hasan, alumni of EEE, BUBT directed an educational workshop on the design and implementation of a Quadcopter Drone. EEE Club of BUBT made an effort to arrange this event which took place in Room 616 of Building 2 of BUBT. He discussed the design principles of a Quadcopter and how it deviates from conventional helicopters. He talked about the versatilities of a quadcopter and also explored the numerous applications in many different fields such as power grid inspection, traffic monitoring, environmental monitoring, and many other industrial and military applications. The students who participated in the workshop expressed their satisfaction in gaining insight and innovative knowledge from this session.
