The brainstorming sessions for the EEE Department are scheduled to take place on Monday, 25th November 2024, and Wednesday, 27th November 2024, as outlined in the attached schedule.

You are warmly invited to attend these sessions. Your present will make the event more successful. Thank you.

As a part of innovative idea producing for research and publications, all faculty members who are conducting laboratory classes are being advised to provide the list of ongoing project names to the department on or before 31 July 2024.  You all are requested to follow the following instructions for successful implementation of mini projects of your pursuing courses:

Instructions for Preparation:

1. All the faculty members are being requested to suggest some names of innovative projects related to the pursuing courses.
2. You all are being requested to address the gap between industry and academia by communicating with industry experts.
3. All the faculty members are requested to advise our students for implementation of project by providing emphasis on software-hardware interfacing.
4. Please encourage your students of different intakes (Day and Evening Programs) to show their innovative idea by implementation of mini projects.
5. You are being requested to invite the department to participate at your final presentation and to submit the scheduled on or before 31 August 2024.

As a part of innovative idea producing for research and publications, all faculty members are hereby advised to make a proper plan for conducting Brain Storming Week defined in the academic calendar from 03 November 2024 to 09 November 2024.

Instructions for Preparation:

1. All the faculty members are being requested to provide significant of Brain Storming Week defined in academic calendar from the very beginning of the semester.
2. You all are being requested to know from the students regarding their previous semester activities and try to encourage them by providing feedback on those for continuation in present semester.
3. All the faculty members are advised to show your planning first.
4. You all are being recommended to encourage your students to integrate their ideas practically if possible.
5. Please encourage your students of different intakes(Day and Evening Programs) to show their innovative idea via poster presentation in the last two days of Brain Storming Week.
6. You are being scheduled to present your activity for Brain Storming Week on 18 September 2024 Wednesday before departmental meeting on 19 September 2024.
